The event will take place on Sunday, January 11 from 12:00- 5:00 p.m. For those unable to attend in person, the program will be live streamed on Zoom. The event, titled “Navigating Parkinson’s: Every Step of the Way,” will focus on empowering people with Parkinson’s and care partners by giving them access to resources, the latest research and community connections.
This year’s symposium features renowned movement disorder physicians and researchers, including Dr. Robert Hauser, MD, MBA, Director, USF Health Byrd Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders Center, and Professor Anat Mirelman, head of the Aufzien Family Center for the Prevention and Treatment of Parkinson’s Disease.
