Diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinson’s Disease two years ago, aged 44, Ms Frow aims to raise awareness about the condition and funds for the centre that offers tailored non-drug therapies.
Kicking off her journey on May 27, she will cover 20-30 miles daily, ending on June 1 at Canterbury campus where PCIT operates from.
Sarah said: “I was seeking a physical challenge which was gruelling yet inspirational. A friend suggested running part of the Pilgrim’s Way, and I thought why not take it a step further and do the entire route!
“I am raising money for PCIT, as not only is it a great place to work, it is a much needed facility for people living with this complex disease. I hope I can inspire other people living with Parkinson’s to live well, to be active and to be strong!”
Already surpassing her initial £10,000 goal, she has now increased the fundraising target to £20,000.
